Effective date: November 7, 2026. These terms govern your use of REDACTED at red-acted.com, an independently operated personal-project community website. By using the site, you agree to follow these terms and the Community Guidelines.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or any higher age required by applicable law, to register. Content designated 18+ is restricted to adults. You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and not evade age or account restrictions. REDACTED may suspend or close accounts that violate eligibility requirements.

Community conduct

Do not threaten, harass, impersonate or dox others; share unlawful or exploitative material; evade security controls; or interfere with the site. You are responsible for what you submit and for complying with applicable law.

Your contributions

You retain rights you hold in original content you submit. By posting or uploading content, you grant REDACTED a nonexclusive permission to store, reproduce, display and make it available as needed to operate the site and its collaborative investigation and download features. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to share materials. Do not upload private or copyrighted material without authorization or another valid legal basis.

Investigations and accuracy

Member investigations and discussions may contain allegations, theories, opinions or errors. They are not verified findings or professional advice from REDACTED. Distinguish sourced facts from speculation, avoid unsupported accusations, and do not use investigations to organize harassment or vigilantism.

Moderation

REDACTED may investigate reports, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts or ban users for violations. Reports alone do not establish wrongdoing. Members may request review of moderation decisions through available site channels.

Availability and changes

REDACTED is currently offered as a personal project without paid memberships. Features, availability and funding arrangements may change. We will update applicable terms and disclosures if paid features or other material changes are introduced.

Account closure

You can request deletion through the account deletion page. Some records may remain where necessary for safety, legal compliance or other legitimate purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

REDACTED hosts user-generated content that may be inaccurate or offensive. Hosting a claim does not mean REDACTED endorses it. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
